TO ALL RESIDENTS:
Although Governor Kelly has extended the “Stay at Home” order for the next two weeks, we are planning to partially staff the Housing Authority office and maintenance department. Given that please note the following:
RENT PAYMENTS may be mailed or dropped in the DROP BOX (including cash in the driveway beginning 8:00 a.m. MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2020. Please make your payments in that manner. All payments received to date will be posted on Monday, April 20, 20120. THE OFFICE WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, SO IF YOUR INCOME HAS CHANGED, please call 620-365-5143, email: firstname.lastname@example.org, immediately or put a note explaining the change and any documentation you may have in the drop box. Adjustments will be made in accordance with the information received and you will be notified. It will be very important that we have means to contact you, whether by phone, email, or text. Make sure we have that information in your file.
As much as possible, do not touch the drop box, and if you do, wash your hands thoroughly before touching any part of your face. Office staff will collect the rents numerous times during working hours and your rent will be posted.
Maintenance will complete only emergency work orders. We do not wish to expose families to any more outside individuals than absolutely necessary at this time.
REMINDER: All correspondence between this office and residents, applicants, or the public will be completed by mail, phone, or email at this time. Please keep your information up to date.
We will review this situation again May 3, 2020.
